HA NOI — The second All Viet Nam Kendo Championships will begin on November 25-26 in Bac Tu Liem District in Ha Noi.
Martial artists from Viet Nam Kendo Club and Viet Nam Kendo Clubs Association as well as from Ha Noi, HCM City and Hai Phong will take part in the two-day event.
Participants will compete in four categories for men’s and women’s singles and team prizes.
The tournament will be managed by senseis (instructors) from Japan and South Korea.
It is a great opportunity for all kendoka in the country to gather in one place, share the experience and express the kendo spirit. More importantly, this is one major step to accelerate the development of kendo in Viet Nam. — VNS
