HA NOI — Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL) lost to Vasco Gama B of Brazil in the second match of the annual Binh Duong Television International Football Cup (BTV Cup).
Vasco Gama B opened the score in the fifth minute of the game, held in the southern province of Binh Duong on January 29.
HAGL fought back strongly and enjoyed a penalty kick in the 27th minute. Le Van Son helped HAGL level the score of 1-1.
Only 12 minutes later, the Brazilian players raised the score to 2-1.
