HCM CITY — Thousands of young people participated in a Fun Run in Bac Ninh Province on March 11 in anticipation of the upcoming 18th Asian Games in Indonesia in August.
The event was organised by Herbalife Vietnam, which has a five-year partnership with the Viet Nam Olympic Committee (VOC) from 2017 to 2021 as the Official Nutrition Sponsor for Vietnamese athletes bound for this year’s Asian Games, 2019-2021 SEA Games, 2019-2021 ASEAN Para Games, 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, and the 2020 Summer Paralympics.
The run would act as moral boost to Vietnamese athletes and motivate them to start preparing early for the Asian Games, Pham Tuong Huy, general manager and director of Herbalife Vietnam, said. —VNS
