HCM CITY — Executive Sous Chef Alam Singh Sarop Singh Chauhan, a native Indian culinary genius, will show off his talent at a special Indian culinary event which promises a tantalizing journey through the aromatic streets of India, in the heart of Sài Gòn.

Led by the talented chef, the sensational Indian Spice Trail runs untill March 31 at Oriental Pearl restaurant of Autograph Saigon at the Landmark 81. Along with Indian delicacies, premium seafoods, Saigon’s best Phở – Landmark Phở with signature truffle quay and assorted sashimi are just some of the highlights from the restaurant’s extensive food spread, all complimented by breathtaking views of the Saigon River.

Highlights of the Indian Spice Trail include Tandoori Lasooni Malai Jhinga or juicy prawns marinated in spices, garlic, and cream, cooked to perfection in a tandoori oven; Tandoori Bhatti Ka Murgh Tikka - traditional chicken prepared by marinating cuts of meat in ginger, garlic paste, and an array of Indian spices, cooked in an open charcoal oven; Fish Kali Mirch Masala - fresh seabass with Indian spices, offering bold flavors with a hint of pepper, and many more.
