HCM CITY — Food and beverage company Golden Trust Company Ltd recently announced that it has brought its first Japanese ramen brand to Việt Nam by opening the Shinsho Ramen restaurant in Thủ Đức City of HCM City.

With the new ramen restaurant, Golden Trust has so far franchised four food and beverage brands including Gong Cha, Uncle Tetsu and PIKO Coffee.

Like phở in Việt Nam, ramen is a famous noodle dish in Japan.

Shinsho Ramen is a ramen brand founded by Chef Raymon Tan who is famous for working at the Japanese restaurants Hiryu and Murasaki Omakase.

Golden Trust said that they had been planning to bring Shinsho Ramen to Việt Nam for a long time, and after successfully negotiating with partners, it took the company over one year to get legal procedures done and complete workforce training.

The restaurant covers an area of up to 500sq.m with many seats surrounding the bar and private rooms for those who need a private space.

The restaurant’s menu features Shoyu Tonkotsu, Sesame Garlic Tonkotsu, Spicy Miso Tonkotsu and Truffle Tonkotsu. In addition, there are many side dishes such as fried rice, Gyozza and Teriyaki chicken.

Prices start at VNĐ139,000, with many promotions often available.
