Beef tartare
Local and foreign beef lovers are in for a treat thanks to the new menu 'The Beef Motif' served at Mangosteen Restaurant, Movenpick Hotel Hà Nội.
“This menu features six sumptuous delicacies, in which high quality beef is used as the primary ingredient,” said the hotel’s executive chef Hoàng Nguyên.
Beef carpaccio
Guests can choose their favourite dishes from delicious selections such as beef carpaccio, Angus beef sirloin, American-styled grilled beef rib, sous vide beef tenderloin and sweet dessert cheesecake Riviera, he said.
The menu is available from April 20 to May 20.
