Spark Detox is a delicious and healthy drink, packed with benefits to get you feeling your best again. If you want to recreate this detox magic at home, talented mixologist and bar manager Vũ Thị Hồng at Pan Pacific Hanoi will share the recipe for this easy-to-make refresher.
Mixologist and Bar Manager Vũ Thị Hồng from Pan Pacific Hanoi
Ingredients:
- 1 yellow/orange-colour fruit (e.g. mango, peach, apricot)
- Apple (any variety), diced
- Fresh mint leaves (5-6 leaves or to taste)
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 green lemon
- Juice of 1 yellow lemon
- Natural mineral water, chilled

How to make it:
- Prepare fruits: Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Peel the yellow/orange-colour fruit, apple, and cucumber (optional) if you prefer a smoother texture. Dice the yellow/orange colour fruit and apple into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the cucumber.
- Combine: In a pitcher, combine the diced fruits, cucumber slices, and mint leaves.
- Add citrus and water: Squeeze the juice from the green and yellow lemons into the pitcher. Pour in the chilled mineral water to your desired level of dilution and taste.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate the infused water for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to develop. Serve chilled and enjoy!
