HCM CITY — Windsor Plaza Hotel is presenting the best of Hong Kong Street Food delicacies from March 8- 28 at its buffet restaurant Café Central An Dong.
Every evening of the dinner buffet, diners can sample traditional Hong Kong favourites from the terrace that has been transformed into a bustling street food market. And on weekends, Hong Kong specialties are on offer during the lunch buffet every Saturday and Sunday.
Adwin Chong, general manager of Windsor Plaza Hotel, said the terrace has been carefully reconceptualissed to make diners feel as if they are wandering the best foodie streets in Hong Kong.
“We really want to give people a chance to experience the Hong Kong streets as they remembered or watched on TV or movies.” Chong said. “During this difficult time, we know it’s hard for people to travel and explore, and we want to bring that same sense of discovery to our guests, not only through the authentic offerings but also in the vibrant atmosphere found throughout Hong Kong.”
Each corner of the covered terrace has been carefully designed to reflect the style of a Hong Kong street food market. There are more than 10 stalls offering classic Hong Kong flavours, including a fresh seafood market inside the restaurant, and the standard buffet featuring favourites from Vietnam and abroad, including fresh sushi and sashimi.
The weekday dinner buffet is priced at just VND798,000++ per person including free flow German beer and soft drinks. The weekend dinner buffet on Saturday and Sunday is VND898,000++ with free flow sparkling wine, German beer and soft drinks.
The weekend lunch buffet on Saturday and Sunday is VND668,000++ including free flow sparkling wine, German beer and soft drinks.
