HÀ NỘI — Music Home – a livestream series first introduced to Vietnamese audiences in November 2018, has continued its second season this month.

A production of FPT Television under FPT Telecom – one of Việt Nam’s biggest internet service providers – the series is produced by Anh Quân and Huy Tuấn, as well as their band Anh Em (The Brothers).

According to Tuấn, unlike the first season, which presents a singer in every monthly ‘concert’, in this new season, every concert will introduce a duo.

“The artists, including a well-known artist and an emerging singer, will perform together alongside their own solo performances,” Tuấn said.

The music producer also said that his team has paid more attention to increasing sound quality, aiming to offer audience the best experience “like they are enjoying the concert right in the theatre, although they are at home."

Another feature of the new season is that the camera will be set up in different spots in the studio, so audience can select the angle they want to view.

During its premiere season, the series introduced a line up of famous singers, bands and songwriters on the monthly programmes. Alongside their hits, the programme revealed untold stories about their lives and careers.

The artists performing on Music Home include diva Hà Trần, divo Tùng Dương, “Prince of Patriotic Songs” Trọng Tấn, and “Queen of Dance Pop” Thu Minh. Other popular singers, such as Uyên Linh, Văn Mai Hương, Soobin Hoàng Sơn, Bùi Anh Tuấn, Trọng Hiếu, and Bùi Lan Hương have also featured in the programme.

Fourteen concerts of the Home Music’s first season have reached 25 million views.

Music Home – second season will be broadcast live on the last Friday of every month, starting from February 28 at 8.30pm on FPT Television. It will also be live streamed on Foxy – an online application. VNS
