HANOI (VNS)— Viet Nam will compete in Group Z2 at the BWF World Junior Championships which open in Bangkok on October 23.

In the team's event, which is named the Suhandinata Cup, there are eight groups with, Viet Nam joined by Hong Kong, Turkmenistan and Armenia.

They will compete in a round robin format with the top team from each group advancing to the next round. Viet Nam and Hong Kong have emerged as early favourites to top group Z2.

The team event concludes on October 27, followed by the Eye-level Cup individual competitions from October 29 until November 3. — VNS
