Written by Jonathan Swift, the story is about the journeys of Gulliver through strange and wonderful worlds. The stage adaptation by Paul Stebbings and Phil Smith will draw on all four parts of the original story.
The two-hour production will have two acts performed by four actors, who will play 16 characters in the production, employing comedy, acrobatics, stilts and sharp dialogue to explore the famous story.
The stage version will be performed in English with Vietnamese subtitles on May 8 at the Opera House before travelling to HCM City on May 10 and 11. Tickets range from VND300,000 to 600,000 and can be purchased in advance at the Opera House's box office.-VNS
