HA NOI — The sixth Viet Nam International Federation of Cinema and Television Sports Festival will be held in Ha Noi from July 4-7 and will feature over 140 documentaries, scientific films, television films and cartoons on the subject of sports and tourism.
The festival will provide an opportunity to show Viet Nam as a beautiful and friendly sports and tourism destination, said Phan Dinh Tan, a representative from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the festival's organiser.
It would also be a good opportunity to honour domestic and foreign sport and tourism films and television, to enhance international exchange in these areas, and to strengthen ties, friendship, solidarity and mutual understanding among countries and peoples, Tan said at a press conference held here yesterday.
