Russian tourists visiting the central coast will, from next month, be able to take charter flights to HCM City and travel to the Cuu Long (Mekong) Delta, the Binh Thuan Province-based Anh Duong travel agency has said.

Anh Duong, a leader in terms of serving Russian tourists arriving by charter flights, is working with Vietnam Airlines to charter aircraft to take tourists from Cam Ranh Airport near Nha Trang to HCM City's Tan Son Nhat Airport.

Anh Duong said that from October 15 to April 30 there would be three chartered flights daily from Russia to Cam Ranh Airport.

An estimated 100,000 Russian tourists would arrive in central Viet Nam in this manner, double last year's figure, it said.-VNS
