HA NOI (VNS)– Chinese coach Chen Yun Fat has returned Viet Nam and is expected to renew his contract with the Viet Nam Football Federation (VFF) in the coming weeks.

Fat, who is in Ha Nam Province watching the National Women's Football Championships, will work with the VFF for 18 months and his salary will be increased, according to the federation.

He will take charge of the women's team at the Southeast Asian championships, the 27th SEA Games, and the 2014 Asian championships qualifier.

The team will defend their SEA Games title and aim for a place in the 2015 World Cup. – VNS
