HCM CITY  (VNS) — The Elements concert will feature rap, hip-hop, funk, soul, reggae and rock at Saigon Outcast on Saturday. Expatriate DJs Binaural Dropout, SoulPatch, Stavsounds and Hazard Clique will perform.

Break dancers, graffiti artists and rappers are invited to join the event.

The performance will start at 8pm. The venue is at 188/1 Nguyen Van Huong Street in District 2. Admission is free. — VNS
