Consulate General of Japan in HCM City will hold a contemporary art
exhibition called Winter Garden: The Micropop Imagination in Contemporary Japanese Art at the Labour Cultural Palace.
The Japan Foundation Centre for Cultural Exchange in Viet Nam and the Consulate General of Japan in HCM City will hold a contemporary art exhibition called Winter Garden: The Micropop Imagination in Contemporary Japanese Art at the Labour Cultural Palace.
Created by art critic Midori Matsui, the exhibition will showcase 35 works, including drawings, oil paintings and videos, created by 14 Japanese artists from the late 1990s through the first decade of the 21st century.
The exhibition opens on Saturday and closes on July 21. The palace is at 55B Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street in District 1.-VNS
