The festival's framework will include a spectrum of activities such as the Festival of Mass Culture, traditional national costume showcase, performances and glimpses into local festivals and rituals, exhibitions and introductions of indigenous traditional culture, culinary showcases, and more.

The Central Ethnic Culture Festival 2023 serves as a platform to commemorate enduring traditional cultural values and safeguard and propel the cultural essence of the Central region's ethnic groups within the tapestry of Vietnam's diverse 54-ethnic community. The festival plays a pivotal role in advancing Vietnamese culture and uniting its people, aligning with the nation's pursuit of sustainable development.

The event will also spotlight regional tourism, galvanise localities to promote tourism and establish a cultural hub for artisans, performers, athletes, and the general public to convene, exchange ideas, and share experiences.

The festival aims to underscore the traditional cultural heritage of the Central region's populace, especially in the context of the country's integration and development.

Earlier, on August 15th, the Steering Committee for the 4th Central Ethnic Culture Festival in Bình Định province in 2023 convened a meeting to review the preparations and overall design of the festival's activities. VNS
