Da Nang has launched a list of hotlines to help foreigners in emergencies.

The numbers are 0905.113.038 for Le Thi Thu Hanh, deputy director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, and 01669.597.120 for Nguyen Thi Phuong Nga, deputy head of the department's Division of Consular and Overseas Vietnamese Affairs.

The other numbers are 0905.475.762 and 05113.743.791 for Dang Trung Thinh, and 0905.010.586 and 05113.743.791 for Ho Thi Thanh Ha, both of the police department's Immigration Service. Foreigners can also call two other hotlines, 0511.889965 to contact the city's Foreign Affairs Department and 0511.322253 to reach the department's Division of Consular and Overseas Vietnamese Affairs. —VNS
