More than 800 athletes from 100 teams will compete in the annual Da Nang Marathon along the coastal roads of Pham Van Dong and Hoang Sa today.

Professional athletes will race in the men's 10km and women's 5km events.

The organising committee will also hold races for soldiers, police, students, juniors and youngsters.

It will be the 16th edition of the annual race.-VNS
