Museum are carrying out a project to collect memorabilia, documents on
the cultural heritage of ethnic groups in the province.
KON TUM (VNS)— Experts from the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum's Provincial Museum are carrying out a project to collect memorabilia, documents on the cultural heritage of ethnic groups in the province.
Information and images on traditional festivals, custom, handicraft and rituals will be recorded to introduce tourists and visitors to the museum and put in the database of the Ministry of Culture.
Kon Tum Province is home to seven ethnic groups with diversified cultures. It's expected that the project will be completed in 2015 with support from specialists from the Viet Nam Institute of Culture and Arts Studies.-VNS
