HCM CITY – Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel is embracing the spirit of Pinktober, raising awareness for breast cancer with the culinary celebrations theme “Inspired by Her”, a series of dining programmes from October 7-20 in HCM City.

The expertly lady chefs will offer a florist workshop as part of the programme as well as a unique selection of pink cocktails and mocktails.

With over 20 years of culinary passion, Chef Hanh Nguyen has dedicated her career to creating exceptional flavours that delight the most discerning palates.

Diners will have the opportunity to enjoy the sophistication of her signature dishes such as grilled blue lobster with salt and pepper.

From traditional to contemporary, Chef Thom Nguyen salads are a delightful exploration of fresh ingredients and vibrant flavours.

With a passion for Vietnamese cuisine, Chef Phuoc Nguyen has masterfully transformed succulent herring fish into crispy herring fish rolls, paired with four exquisite dipping sauces that leave a lasting impression.
