Vietnamese citizens who are 18-to-35 years old are encouraged to submit
their paintings, sculptures, installations, videos, performance and body
art works for the third National Young Fine Arts Festival in August.
HA NOI (VNS) — Vietnamese citizens who are 18-to-35 years old are encouraged to submit their paintings, sculptures, installations, videos, performance and body art works for the third National Young Fine Arts Festival in August.
The works should have been created between January 2011 and June this year and should not have been displayed at any national exhibitions.
Each artist can send up to two entries. For the qualifying round, the competitors should send photos or CDs of their works between June 2 and 6 this year to Exhibition House, 29 Hang Bai Street, Ha Noi. If the works are shortlisted for the next round, the artists will be asked to send their original works.
The jury will award the first prize of VND20 million, or US$950; two second prizes of VND12 million each; and three third prizes.
