HCM CITY -- Flavours Restaurant Month, which is ongoing in HCM City, is expected to attract 6,000 diners as it seeks to establish itself as a key culinary event on Việt Nam’s ever-evolving food scene.
The event, which will go on until December 15, showcases the best of Việt Nam’s fine dining and upscale casual dining scene, offering exclusive dining experiences and special deals for Mastercard cardholders.
The city’s 14 fine dining and upscale casual restaurants will highlight the country’s rich culinary heritage while embracing modern dining trends.
Each tasting menu becomes a journey, a story told through premium ingredients and innovative techniques, with chefs evoking Việt Nam’s rich gastronomic culture while embracing global culinary trends.
Mastercard cardholders’ exclusive offers include a 25 per cent discount on either lunch or dinner regular tasting menu.
In the fine dining sector, culinary hotspots like ĂnĂn Saigon, Nén Light, Truffle, Lune Restaurant and Bar and Le Corto are renowned for showcasing techniques that deliver innovative Vietnamese and international dishes.
Other renowned city establishments like ORYZ, Monkey Gallery Dining, Coco Dining, and A.by Tung also participating.
The upscale casual sector brings together Aiii Restaurant, Home Saigon and Yakiuo Ishikawa, which offer a refined atmosphere with inventive menus and top-notch service.
