National midfielder Pham Thanh Luong will move to last season's V-League runners-up Ha Noi T&T.

T&T will have to pay VND3.5 billion to sign him from the recently dissolved Ha Noi FC, where he had two years left on his contract.

The two-time Golden Ball winner will start training with his new team early next year.
