HA NOI (VNS) — The AMD Golf Challenges 2015 – Swing for the Poor will be organised at the FLC Samson Golf Links in Thanh Hoa Province on December 26-27.

More than 300 golfers, both semi-professionals and amateurs, have registered to compete for total prize money of nearly VND20 billion (US$889,000).

Apart from the awards for the top finishers, the organisers also offer big bonuses for athletes with four Hole-in-One contests with the winners walking away with a luxury car and membership cards to play at different gold courses.

All cash collected from competitors will be given to a fund that supports poor people in Yen Dinh District. — VNS
