Ha Noi 2 tied with Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel 2-2 on Tuesday to finish fifth in the standings at the National Women's Football Championships.

The first half finished goalless, but in the second half, Luong Thi Xuyen put Thai Nguyen in front in the 55th minute. Five minutes later, Ha Noi 2 equalised thanks to Nguyen Thi Dang's shot, and took the lead with a second goal in the 70th minute from Nguyen Thi Hue.

Thai Nguyen went on the attack in search of an equaliser, and although they were able to find one, they remain rooted to the bottom of the table. — VNS
