HA NOI  (VNS) — The Ha Noi Cycling Open will start tomorrow with the participation of nearly 500 athletes from 40 clubs nationwide.

The competition will be held around King Ly Thai To's statue in Hoan Kiem District for competitors aged from 16 to 56.

The organisers have revealed total prize money of VND96 million (US$4,460) for the race.

The event is part of the activities being held to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2). — VNS
