HCM CITY (VNS) — Ha Noi topped the National Wushu Championships which closed in Dak Lak Province yesterday.

The 17-athlete delegation won 17 golds and 10 silver medals after four days of competition.

HCM City came second with five golds, followed by the Ministry of Public Security who won four.

The championships attracted more than 252 martial atists from 28 cities and provinces.

The organisers said that wushu centres like Ha Noi and HCM City dominated the tournament. However, the quality of competition was not as good as in previous years, with a lower number of the participants. — VNS
