HCM CITY (VNS)— The Consular Club comprising of the spouses of foreign diplomats will organise its annual charity market in HCM City on Saturday at the White Palace Convention Centre.

The event, held to raise money for the disadvantaged, will have stalls showcasing the culture, handicrafts, and foods from participating countries.

Projects supported through the Charity Bazaar range from scholarships and medical care for the poor, flood relief, and others.

Entry to the market costs VND100,000 for adults, and is free for children under 10.

Besides buying goods and food, visitors can also buy VND50,000 raffle tickets to take part in a lucky draw.

The club is calling on organisations and individuals to sponsor the event.-VNS
