HA NOI — Culture and festivals at the Ho Dynasty Citadel will be revived by performers in a ceremony that will be officially recognised for its world culture heritage in June.

The ceremony will be held at the Ho Dynasty Citadel's Heritage Preservation Centre in the central province of Thanh Hoa on June 16.

The ceremony's sideline activities will include a rural market which will be set up in the centre to popularise Ho Dynasty culture. On the occasion, tours will be designed for visitors to journey to localities in the province.

More than 600 years old, the citadel was recognised by the UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site in June 2011.— VNS
