HCM CITY (VNS)— Indonesian music and dance were showcased at a Charity Night event held last night at the close of a two-day investment forum in HCM City.

The charity dinner and gala included a performance of an Indonesian Angklung orchestra composed of bamboo musical instruments. A heritage batik fashion show and a contemporary band were also featured.

Ticket proceeds and funds from a silent auction held during the evening will be donated to vulnerable groups of society, according to the sponsors.

The investment forum, with the theme "Indonesia-Viet Nam: Partnership for Prosperity", attracted more than 250 companies and high-ranking officials from Indonesia and Viet Nam.
