The Larue Cup, an amateur football tournament, is scheduled to kick off on May 18-20 at the Ha Noi-based Quan Ngua Sports Palace.

The event has been held in 13 provinces and cities across the country. It is the first time the event, which attracts 24 teams, will be held in the capital.

The winner will walk away with a prize of VND30 million (US$1,430), while the runners-up will receive VND20 million and VND10 million, respectively.-VNS
