HA NOI — The Japanese Music Film Weekend Oto I eiga will be held in Ha Noi from September 14-16.
Four Japanese documentary films and a recording of a live concert will be shown free of charge at the Japan Foundation Centre for Cultural Exchange in Ha Noi – and at the Ha Noi Cinematheque.
The documentaries are Live from Tokyo, Live Tape, KanZeOn, La Faute Des Fleurs, and MONO: Holy Ground.
The screenings are expected to act as a window into various incarnations of contemporary Japanese music: from the electronic beats and urban rumblings of big cities, to esoteric sounds inspired by nature and mythology, and everything in between.
Tickets are available at the Japan Foundation Centre at 27 Quang Trung Street. For more information visit www.jpf.org.vn.
