HA NOI (VNS) — Ly Hoang Nam was disqualified from the Egypt F26 Futures tournament after the first match of the main round on August 13.
Nam was defeated 1-6, 6-0, 2-6 by Tomas Papik of the Czech Republic, who is ranked 100 slots higher than him in the world rankings.
The Vietnamese player will stay in the city of Sharm El Sheikh for another tournament, the Egypt 27 Futures, which will be held from August 17 to 23. The winner will walk away with a prize of US$10,000. — VNS
