HA NOI (VNS) — Top Vietnamese tennis player Ly Hoang Nam secured a ticket to compete in the main round of the US$10,000 Egypt F27 Futures tennis tournament on August 18 morning.

Nam easily beat Turchi Anthony of France 6-1, 6-1 in the third match of the qualifying round.

Seeded number six, Nam will face number three seed Eremin Edoardo of Italy in the main round.

Nam, along with his Indian partner Sumit Nagal, won the Wimbledon boy's doubles title last month. — VNS
