HA NOI (VNS) — Viet Nam's top tennis player Ly Hoang Nam is the No 9 seed at the 25th Sarawak Chief Minister's Cup (I) ITF Junior Tennis Championship (Grade 1).

The tournament will be held in Malaysia from March 17 to 22.

Junior world No 49 Nam is scheduled to meet top rivals such as Japan's Jumpei Yamasaki, world No 13; OH Chang Yeong of South Korea, world No 26; and Australian Jake Delaney, world No 36.

Eighteen-year-old Nam, who advanced to Chang Thailand ITF Junior G1's final, has set a target of reaching at least the event's semi-final round.
