HA NOI (VNS)— A concert welcoming summer 2013 will be held by the Viet Nam National Symphony and Orchestra (VNSO) this Friday.

The free concert, featuring renditions of Beethoven's Symphony No 5, Handel's Passacaglial, Scott Joplin's Ragtime Suite and Leslie Pearson's Hiplips, will be performed by musicians from the Lotus String Quartet, Ha Noi Brass Band and the VNSO.

Under the baton of conductor Honna Tetsuji, the concert will kick off at 8pm at 226 Cau Giay Street, Ha Noi.-VNS
