NINH BINH – (VNS) Authorities in the province of Ninh Binh recently approved a development plan for a national park that will cover nearly 1,500 hectares.
The park, which will help to protect the region's wildlife, will be located in Phu Long and Ky Phu villages in Nho Quan District. It would include six areas for wildlife, entertainment, services, areas for relocated residents and staff housing, and a section for research and development.
The wildlife zone would have three themes, including landscapes that reflect African deserts, South American jungles and tropical forests in Asia.
The design would also take into account the mountainous scenes of Ninh Binh.
The cost of the project is estimated at VND7,600 billion (US$370 million). - VNS
