HCM CITY (VNS) — The French Institute in Viet Nam and the French Institute of Cultural Exchange (IDECAF) will present a music classic concert with Belgian-Israeli pianist, Edna Stern.

Despite being young, Edna Stern is well known in some of the most prestigious Western musical institutions, in Belgium, the US. Italy and Switzerland.

In Paris, she developed a strong bond with the old and contemporary instruments that made her performance so realistic.

In collaboration with leading orchestras, she gave impassioned performances of Mozart and Bach's concertos, confirming her status as an exceptional talent. Since 2009, she has worked as a lecturer at the famous Royal College of Music in London.

The solo piano show will be on Saturday, 8pm, at IDECAF (31 Thai Van Lung, District 1). — VNS
