Quang Nam's recent win puts it at the head of the First Division, securing a return to the country's top-flight football championship, V-League 2014.

The emphatic 4-2 victory over Quang Ninh, Quang Nam's fourth successive win, helped the club have 25 points in total and three points more than second-ranked Quang Ninh.

Two remaining tickets to play in the next V-League season will be decided this weekend.

Besides Quang Ninh, three other teams, An Giang, Can Tho and Dong Thap, are still in contention as they all have 21 points.

At the other end of the table, Ha Noi, with only nine points, will have to play in the Second Division next season.-VNS
