Twelve teams from seven Asian countries and territories are participating in the Asian Women's Beach Volleyball Championship 2013 in the northern province of Quang Ninh.

They have been divided into four groups. The top team from each group will play in the semi-finals and final.

The four-day event, which will last until tomorrow, is part of the 2013 Ha Long Carnival and is also an official competition in the Asian Volleyball Confederation system. — VNS
