Starting next Friday, the three-day festival is a chance for visitors to explore the cultural and culinary heritage of Viet Nam's rural areas.
The event will introduce "rural" food and drinks made of rice grain from all over the country.

Typical daily activities of farming households will also be demonstrated at the festival, organisers said.
