HA NOI (VNS) — South Korean golfer Lee Jong-young scored a hole-in-one at the province's Montgomerie Links golf course on Monday.
The amateur became the 15th golfer to sink a hole-in-one at the 11th hole since 2009.
The golf course organising committee also offered hole-in-one prizes at the second, fifth and 14th holes. Exactly 60 golfers have won hole-in-one prizes at the golf course since 2009.
Vietnamese Pham Van Tuan recorded the longest hole-in-one shot at 220 yards, which took place at the 14th hole in 2012. — VNS
