KHANH HOA (VNS) — Local authorities in the central province of Khanh Hoa have announced that a variety of art activities will be held as part of the annual Nha Trang Sea Festival between July 11 and 17.
Truong Dang Tuyen, director of the provincial department of culture, sports and tourism, said a food festival, a yacht festival, ceramic exhibitions of the ethnic Cham group, a brocade weaving performance and sand painting exhibition will be held during the festival.
Also, photos and maps detailing Viet Nam's sovereignty over Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagoes will be displayed.
The event is expected to attract 150,000 tourists. — VNS
