Noted Peruvian chef Maria Rosa Vasquez Chavez (right) perforsm a cooking
show at Melia Hotel Hanoi on Monday in front of ambassadors from Latin
American countries and their wives, as well as other professional chefs.
Various activities showcasing Peruvian cuisine and film will be
organised here and in HCM City to celebrate the 20th anniversary of
diplomatic relations between Peru and Viet Nam.
Kneading a mixture of mashed potato, ground chilli and some lemon juice
with her hands, Chef Maria Rosa Vasquez Chavez gave the final touches to
her traditional appetiser Causa.
