Tam, Nhan win junior cycling event

Ha Thanh Tam of An Giang and HMC City''s Nguyen Huu Thanh Nhan won the title of U16 group and 17-18 categories at the 18th National Junior Cycling Championships in Vung Tau City in the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau on Tuesday.
