Capital to host Happiness Concert

The Viet Nam National Symphony Orchestra (VNSC) will coordinate with the Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company to put on two arts programmes entitled "Happiness Concert", which will be held at the Ha Noi Opera House on January 13-14.
