Ethnic Cham Bani people living in the central
province of Binh Thuan began celebrations to welcome their new year with
the traditional Ramuwan festival, which started on Wednesday.
The first Vietnamese international hot-air
balloon fiesta will be held in southern Binh Thuan Province over six
days from August 29. It is likely to attract hundreds of thousands of people from all over the world.
