Capital city agencies are preparing for Ha Noi Days in Moscow, a
promotion to mark the opening of the Ha Noi Culture and Trade Centre
from November 21-24.
"Ha Noi''s Days and Nights in 1972," an exhibit of
photos of Ha Noi taken during the 1972 US B52 aerial bombardment of the
city, will open tonight at the French Cultural Centre.
