Ly Hoang Long figures among the world''s top environment photographers,
with one of his photos being included among the top 111 photos of an
international contest in the United Kingdom.
Noted HCM City-based photographer Ly Hoang Long won a runner-up prize in
the One Shot-One Moment category in the 2014 edition of the Travel
Photographer of the Year (TPOTY).
